In October 2006, the Transportation Safety Management System was introduced. The revision of the Road Transport Law has required all bus operators to promote "Transportation Safety Management" in order to continuously improve transportation safety by spreading the awareness of safety-first from top management to drivers on the frontline, and by working together as one team to create and establish a safety climate and culture throughout society, and to ensure compliance with related laws and regulations and the principle of safety-first. It has been required to thoroughly implement the principle of safety first and foremost, and to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
